Terms and Directions

Terms: 10% Buyer's Premium on everything except real estate, which has no premium. Unless you are known to us, you'll need a positive ID to bid (driver's license preferred). If you pay by any method other than cash or assured payment, your items may be held until payment clears our bank.

Phone and absentee bids will be accepted and executed competitively by a member of our staff. Due to poor cell phone reception in the area, we can not guarantee that phone bids will be received. We will do our best to accommodate phone bidders, but in order to insure your bid, we recommend you leave an absentee bid as a backup to your phone bid.

Charge Cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Sales tax is not charged at on-site auctions in Pennsylvania.

Directions.  Kane Manor is located at 230 Clay St, Kane, PA 16735-1410 in northwestern Pennsylvania, halfway between Buffalo and Pittsburgh. Click on the map at right for an interactive map with driving directions, or use the directions below.
From Buffalo: From I-90 West take exit 56, Route 219 South through Bradford to Lantz Corners, then take Route 6 West to Kane. At the Clay Street caution light, turn right, go two blocks to the auction.
From Pittsburgh: Take 1-79 North to I-80 East to exit 60, Route 66, towards Shippenville, PA. Take Route 66 North to Route 6 East (right) to the caution light at Clay Street, turn left two blocks to the auction. Watch for auction signs.
